It began with 15 vision meetings in fall 2006 and continues as a strategic planning process in 2007. At every stage, citizens are invited to join Envision 2030 meetings and planning groups — and to critique its reports and work products. Every document will be available on the Envision 2030 web site. Envision 2030's final report will be available in June 2007. Everyone is invited to participate, and there will be an unprecedented effort to keep citizens involved and informed as the process moves forward. NEWS Forsyth County's Envision 2030 draft report released Envision 2030, the citizen-led community visioning initiative, has released a draft report detailing what citizens said they wanted Cumming-Forsyth County to look like and work like over the next 25 years - and listing the major civic projects that citizens said they would like to see completed. The Envision 2030 Draft Vision Statement and Action Steps report released Thursday provides the near-final plan resulting from endless hours of input from more than 1,200 community members.
